These terms are the agreement between you and QRGONG for the use of this website, the web application, QRGONG tags and QRGONG Me. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.
Last updated 4 November 2026
The service is operated by billig.ch GmbH, CHE-113.610.473, from Switzerland, under the name QRGONG.
These terms cover the website, the web application, every QRGONG tag and personal code, the browser chats opened by scanning, printed tags ordered through us, and tips sent through the service.
QRGONG gives a thing, a place, a moment or a person a private contact point that works with a QR code and a browser. Someone scans it, writes, and the owner decides what happens next.
QRGONG is a channel, not an emergency service. It is not a substitute for emergency numbers, and it must not be relied on where a delay could cause harm. We do not guarantee that any message is read, or read in time.
You need an account to create and manage QRGONGs. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has access to your account.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including everything done by people you add as co-owners.
You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account.
Use QRGONG for the private contact it is meant to provide. Do not use it to harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate anyone, to send spam or unsolicited advertising, to distribute unlawful content, or to collect personal data about other people.
Do not probe, overload or attempt to break the service, or use automated means to create accounts or QRGONGs.
We may suspend or remove a QRGONG or an account that breaks these rules, and may report unlawful activity to the competent authorities.
If someone reports a conversation, we review it. Reported people are not told who reported them.
Each QRGONG has a permanent technical identity. You can change its title, text, design and status at any time; a tag you have already printed keeps working because the identity does not change.
You can transfer a QRGONG to another account. After a transfer you lose access to it, including its conversations.
Deleting a QRGONG ends its identity: its QR code stops working and its conversations are no longer reachable. Deletion cannot be undone.
The person who created a QRGONG stays its owner and keeps control of its design, status and deletion.
Co-owners can read and answer every conversation on that QRGONG and receive the same notifications. Add only people you trust with that access.
QRGONG Me is a personal code for your own profile. Someone who scans it sends a connection request; nothing is shared and no conversation exists until you accept.
You choose which profile fields are visible and can switch any of them off at any time. You can decline requests, block people and report abuse.
Guest requesters confirm their email address with a one-time code. A guest keeps a private return link; it is their only way back to a conversation and must not be shared.
You keep all rights to the content you create: texts, photos, designs and messages.
To operate the service you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, transmit and display that content, and to produce the QR codes and printed tags you order. This licence exists only so we can run QRGONG and ends when the content is deleted.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to use the content you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Prices are shown in Swiss francs and include the applicable VAT where stated. An order is concluded when the payment provider confirms the payment.
Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We never receive full card details.
Tipping is voluntary. A tip goes to the owner of the QRGONG it was sent through. Tips are final once confirmed and are not refundable except where the law requires it.
If a printed order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, contact us and we will replace it or refund it. Custom-printed tags cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Payments can only be charged in the amounts the service offers; the minimum amount in the charged currency is CHF 0.50.
We aim to keep QRGONG available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, faults or events outside our control can interrupt it.
We may add, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces what you paid for, we will tell you in advance and you may end the affected subscription.
The QRGONG name, logo, design system and software belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer them to you.
You may not copy, resell or rebrand the service, or use our marks without written permission.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for damage caused by our own fault where the law does not allow exclusion.
Beyond that, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the damaging event, or the price of the affected order where that is higher.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, where the law permits that limitation.
QRGONG helps people reach you. We are not responsible for what a third person writes, or for whether they write at all.
You can stop using QRGONG at any time and can delete your account. Deleting your account deletes the QRGONGs it owns.
We can suspend or end the agreement if you materially break these terms, if payment fails, or if we are required to by law.
We may update these terms when the service changes or the law requires it. The current version is always on this page, with its date. Continuing to use QRGONG after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the substantive law of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The ordinary courts at our registered seat in Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory forum the law grants you as a consumer.
