Both you and the person scanning the QRGONG can do so completely anonymously. Examples: stick the QRGONG on the doorbell and if you are absent, the delivery service can ask you where the package should be left. Or: stick QRGONG on your keychain and if you lose it, the finder can contact you anonymously. The QRGONG can be used anywhere.

As a QRGONG owner you need the QRGONG app, available for free in the App Store and Google Play Store. This is used for notification and communication. You also have an overview of the previous conversations.

You only pay USD5 for your personal PYO PRINT YOUR OWN QRGONG. This is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase and must be renewed afterwards.

Yes, this is possible. Upon purchase, you will receive a unique QRGONG-ID. This can be entered in the QRGONG app on multiple mobile devices. As soon as your QRGONG is scanned, all devices receive an initial push notification.

Be sure to keep this QRGONG-ID safe. Otherwise it can be misused on other mobile devices.

The double charge is not two separate fees, but rather one charge (displayed as PayPal, QRGONG) and one authorization (displayed as PayPal, San Jose). When you pay for a QRGONG using PayPal, an authorization may be placed on your credit card to confirm the availability of funds for the purchase amount. This authorization will be removed from your statement within a few business days.
