How it Works

• Create your unique QRGONG. After purchase, you will receive the QRGONG with a unique QRGONG-ID to your email address. Print it as you prefer and place it anywhere, such as on a doorbell, mailbox, keychain, car, or contact ad.
• Download the QRGONG app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Register and activate your QRGONG in the app by adding the QRGONG-ID under MY QRGONG.
• Multiple users can use the same QRGONG-ID to be reachable under the same QRGONG. Ensure you have enabled notifications on your mobile device.

What happens when your QRGONG is scanned?

When a visitor or client scans the code, they are redirected to your personal chat page in an anonymous browser window. You have the option to provide a name and a default message. You will receive a push notification on your mobile device when the chat starts (notifications must be enabled). Start the chat directly from your QRGONG app. Conversations are saved by date.
